- Two stage wiped film capable of distillation up to 200 kg/hr.
- Capable of feeding and discharging directly to and from tank trucks.
- Second Stage is capable of molecular still vacuum.

- Multiple Stainless and glass-lined batch fractional and solvent stripping distillation systems up to 2,600 gal and Ten Theoretical Plates.
- Six 10,000 gal liquid bulk storage tanks for product or raw materials.
- 60 ton silo for powder or solids storage with dust collection bag house.
- High Pressure (300psi to 6,000 psi) stainless and titanium reactors from 1L to 300 gal.
- Multiple nutsche filters.
- Sparkler filter.
- Various inline filter options plant wide and individual process system vacuum systems.
- Double cone dryer.
- Multiple tray dryers and vacuum dryers.
- Multiple 1,000 gal stainless natural product batch extractors.
- Multiple 500 gal to 2,000 gal stainless jacketed and ambient temp product blend tanks.
- Multiple hot oil systems capable of temps up to 350 deg C.
- 300 ton Cooling water tower with 950 gpm flow to plant systems.
- Multiple glycol chillers and tempered system loops (Glycol, water, and cold oil) temps down to -20 deg C.
- Two steam boilers (150 HP and 50 HP) 150 lb steam throughout the plant.
- Drum, tote and tank truck loading and unloading facilities.
- Lab Scale equipment ranging from bench top to 72 L.
- Product packaging clean room.
